The consequences will depend on the severity of the offense and could range from the following: writing, morning detention, or office referral.

Grading Policy

Assignments are due the day after assigned.  NO LATE WORK will be accepted.  Any work received after the due date will be given a ZERO.  Assignments must be completed in pencil to receive credit.

Make-up / Absent Work

It is the student’s responsibility to obtain the missed work, and the teacher’s responsibility to assist the student. Students will have one day for every day absent to make up assignments. If assignments are not completed within this time, no credit will be given.

All work missed during a period of absence may be made up for a grade with the exception of unexcused absences.  Work may be picked up while a student is absent by calling the principal’s office.  Any examination or test announced during the student’s absence in class or which is regularly scheduled (e.g. nine weeks or semester tests) which is missed by the student due to any type of absence other than unexcused, shall be made up the day the student returns to class.
